  • Peaceful and cozy home in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains with partial views of Lake Hiawassee. Enjoy time together with an open family room/kitchen/dining floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows and a stone fireplace. This comfy home has 8 beds, 2 sleeper sofas, and sleeps up to 12 people: 2 king beds, 4 twins, 1 full/twin bunk bed, and 2 sleeper sofas.
    Enjoy being outdoors on the wrap-around porch or the screened-in porch, and cook up your favorite dinner on the outdoor grill.
    This home is located in a private gated community with a staffed 24-hour guard station. The private community features an outdoor pool, fishing pond, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball net, an adorable playground, and a clubhouse.
    Boat access and rentals are available at the Marina which is located inside the Bear Paw gated community. www.mountainviewmarina.com
    The house has a circle drive and an adjacent street for parking. Two smart televisions with Directv, internet access, DVD player, VHS player (lots of VHS movies!), pool table, dartboard, and outdoor grill.
