6. One level living with a full finished walk out lower level and large open kitchen. Living room overlooks Lake Wells with full covered porch and gas BBQ. The lower level has a full bedroom with queen sized bed, pool table, kitchenette, full bathroom, living room with a 65" flat screen TV with Netflix, and other smart TV channels. Walk right out to the flat one acre property and enjoy the fire pit, or go fishing or canoeing off your own private dock. This cabin is located within 7 miles from town & less then 5 minutes from the flea markets. The Casino is about 10 miles from door to door. Leave your worries behind and sit on the deck swing or just relax. Free use of rowboat, canoe, life jackets, tubes, and all fishing rods and gear. Great fire pit to sit around and enjoy the lake.
