Murmungee I38 Bushland Reserve Tours and Activities

I had one night in Albury and the hotel offered what I was after, a convenient, well located space with food options near by.

Very central location. Easy walking to shopping and other food outlets. Inhouse restaurant served a delicious breakfast and great coffee. Our room was spacious and well-appointed for a long stay. Will stay again!

We arrived at 5:50pm on a Sunday, having contacted reception by phone, because reception closes at 6:00pm on a Sunday. In our room: 1. There was only half a roll of toilet paper and because it was after 6pm, reception was closed; 2. The room lighting was inadequate. It was very dark, particularly (but not only) over the kitchenette area; 3. When we arrived, the room was very cold. After a while the heating worked, but why couldn’t this have been turned on after we rang? 4. The bathroom had no heating at all. On the positive side: 1. We had requested a fragrance free room, and this was provided; 2. Location was very good; 3. Room was a good size; 4. Power points well located; 5. Housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly; 6. There were biscuits with tea & coffee…thanks; 7. Undercover parking very good.
