CasaDeLuxe Riquelme is located on the prestigious Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort in Sucina, Murcia—a peaceful and secure gated community built around a stunning 18-hole, par-72 golf course. It is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday, an active getaway, or a complete golf experience.



The bright 75 m² apartment offers a welcoming and comfortable setting for up to four guests. It features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and one bathroom. The private balcony is perfect for breakfast in the sun or an evening drink overlooking the peaceful resort surroundings.



Guests have access to an open garden area and the largest shared swimming pool directly nearby. Sunbeds and poolside chairs are available in the apartment, including large pool towels. The resort has a total of 19 swimming pools.

Winter And Rains

Storage Space are chuttered whith personal affairs of the Owners. The storage bed King size is full and became noisy and uncomfortable.The toilet seat and the roller shutter must be repaires. Not enought patère mural In the second room a second nightstand is necessery.For the kitchen please replace the frying pans.

Relajación total

Cons: Que le falta un poco de ambiente para tomarse algo, fuimos a las 23:00 a tomarnos algo, y la cocina estaba cerrada y solo podíamos pedir algo hasta las 24:00 y solo nos pudimos pedir un granizado. Vale que la mayoría de gente es extranjera, pero también vamos Españoles y nosotros no cenamos a las 19:00.
