Welcome to Mary House, where you’ll enjoy an unforgettable holiday!
We’re located in a village surrounded by nature, just 300 metres from the beautiful Costa Rei beach and the town centre, which has everything you need—supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and pizzerias. You can park your car and reach the beach and the town centre on foot in just 4 minutes.
The house offers an enchanting ocean view where you can watch the sunrise, a terrace with a barbecue, and a garden with an outdoor shower—all offering privacy for relaxing outdoors—plus free parking right next door.

Mary House is a cosy home where every detail has been carefully chosen to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. You enter through the front door and reach the beach via easily navigable steps, as shown in the photos. Decorated in soothing colours, it features Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and all the amenities you need.

Arranged on a single level:
-Living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, kettle, espresso machine, and toaster. Air conditioning and a comfortable sofa bed (140x194 cm), also perfect for 2 children

-Bedroom with a double bed, mosquito net, safe, closet, and air conditioning

-New bathroom with shower stall, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryer

-Panoramic terrace overlooking the sea with a barbecue and a large wooden table for outdoor lunches and dinners

-A fenced-in garden with high plants to ensure privacy and safety for children while they play, an outdoor shower with hot water, and a small table with two comfortable armchairs for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif while listening to the sound of the waves!

All areas of Mary House are at your complete disposal. With one double bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, the house is perfect for comfortably accommodating 3 people—couples or small families with 1 child and 1 infant.
You can also accommodate four people—for example, a couple with two young children or two couples, one of whom is willing to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

The blue Sardinian sea will accompany you throughout your stay at Mary House. You can admire it from the house, the terrace, and the garden, enjoying the sunrise, the gentle sound of the waves, and plenty of peace and quiet.
All of this will enhance your holiday, making it special and unforgettable.

Upon request, we provide a cot and high chair free of charge for children up to 3 years old.

IMPORTANT: As indicated in the house rules—which you should read before booking— the tourist tax is charged separately and must be paid in cash at check-in; it is calculated per night per person aged 10 and older for a maximum of 14 nights

At check-in, we will also ask you, as required by Italian law:
- Your signature on the contract (with the same terms as on Vrbo), which we’ll email you a few days before your arrival
- A valid ID for each guest for proper registration on the guest registration portal

Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Travel schedules may vary, so please let us know your requests in advance so we can make arrangements and accommodate you if possible.
