schöne Wohnung an guter Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Sie ist zweckmässig eingerichtet für 2 Personen. Die Lage ist mit der Zentrums- und Seenähe sehr praktisch. Der nahe Bahnhof stört eigentlich gar nicht. Der Service durch Interhome bei fehlenden Leuchtmitteln und klemmendem Türschloss war unkompliziert und sehr schnell. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr saubere Wohnung, zweckmässig eingerichtet, gute Lage in Zentrumsnähe. Ameisenplage auf dem Balkon ist bekannt. Mühsam waren die Renovationsarbeiten am Balkon, welche von den Handwerkern nicht in der abgemachten Zeit ausgeführt wurden und uns viel Ferienzeit klaute. Das WLan-Modem war nicht installiert und funktionstüchtig (also kein WLan).

Wir waren mit unseren 2Kindern und unserer Hauskatze in der Wohnung. Alles war sauber und Ordendlich. Die Zimmergrössen tip top. Aussicht grandios. TÜRGRIFF BEI TOILETTENTÜR KOMMT RAUS WENN MAN DIE TÜR ZUZIEHEN WILL! Küchenkombination ist etwas unglücklich gebaut und das Sofa sehr unbequem, Dafür war alles verfügbar, Öl, Gewürze genügend Abwaschmittel, Tücher und Lappen, so wie genüged Müllsäcke, ( nicht nur einen),Putzmittel um Ordendlich abzugeben. Die Lage ist toll, ob mit ÖV oder mit Auto.

Positiv: - Geräumig - Sauber - Parkplatz vorhanden - Alles vorhanden Negativ: - Ameisen in der Wohnung, in der Küche, Eingangsbereich, Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer - Küchenausstattung alt und nicht in gutem Zustand, z.B. kaputte Tassen - Lärm von der Strasse - Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren ausgestellt und Gefrierfächer hatten Schimmel (wurde von der Putzfrau nach Anfrage gereinigt)

Perfekt gelegen für Sprung vom Fels

Ein kleiner öffentlicher Strand und der Anfang der Flaniermeile nach Locarno mit vielen netten Restaurants ist in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreicht. 5 Min. den Berg hoch sind Denner, Coop & Migros auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Frühstück auf dem Balkon ist der perfekte Tagesstart. Küche ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Sicht zum See über die Dächer und Gleise ist herrlich. Die Züge fahren öfters, aber durch das vorgelagerte Haus und eine Wand stören diese kaum. Andere Hausparteien sind sehr ruhig.

Een heel schoon en opgeruimd appartement. Bedden opgemaakt, handdoeken lagen klaar. Met extra's zoals een flinke voorraad toiletpapier. Keukenkast met kruiden en olie. Een aantal koffiecups zodat we direct een kopje koffie konden maken. Al met al een aangename verrassing.
