"This property has so much potential with 3 golf courses and proximity to the local airport and Singapore. It was cheap, golf was good. We would go if it was double or even triple the price but someone needs to make in investment in this property. "

"Rooms was nice-looking and relatively clean albeit small. There is no table or chair. There was car honking constantly at night and aircon was noisy and has bright LED that is distracting. There is no hair dryer. There was nice cafe outside called 3rd Junction Cafe and decent restaurant nearby for breakfast."

"Value for money. The rooms are not soundproof, so if guests from other rooms come back late and are noisy especially at the ground floor, your sleep will be interrupted."

"The finishing of the interior is very rough. No amenities at all despite the name hotel may connotate. I don't think the drain pipes have p-traps so there's a slight smell when inside the shower, which is nothing but a 3 ft wide area of the room separated by a sliding glass divider. Not worth what you paid through Expedia. It's twice what's posted on their signs."
