"We loved our time here at the Effala suite. It was located right in the middle of the heart of Colmar so lots to see and do outside but there was a nice quiet courtyard inside the gate when you wanted to get away from the crowds. I picked this place for the views out the windows and that did not disappoint. We stayed there early May, so it wasn’t too hot without air conditioning, but may be a factor at other times of year. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again....

"Emplacement super, à 2 pas du lac, coin vraiment agréable, avec beaucoup de charme. Je regrette que l appartement soit vétuste sur bebeaucoup de points ( prises de courant qui fonctionnent que si la lumière est allumée, aspirateur en kit, tuyau de douche qui fuit, patère qui s est decrochée dès qu on y a mis une serviette...). Dommage car l ensemble avait l air sympa."

"Perfect location and just off the main road so extremely quiet. Everything you need in the kitchen if you want to eat in. Within walking distance to great restaurants and small hikes. I highly recommend this place and will be sending my friends in Christophe’s direction too."

"The apartment was secluded and in a very quiet part of the world and was very relaxing. Facilities were as described and just right for a small family. There was lots to do in the area and lots of nice walks from the apartment."

"Un super appartement tres propre au design moderne conforme au photos En arrivant le jacuzzi est a la bonne température, une douche italienne au top Bien situé , des restaurants proche pas besoin de reprendre le volant Une terrasse ensoleillé ou il fait bon boire un bon café On a mangé le soir a l auberge de meisenberg a coté du gite, la patronne nous a proposé de prendre les petit déjeuner le matin Vraiment un tres bon sejour on reviendra c est sur!"

"Nous avons séjourné dans ce gîte du 29/12 au 1/01/2024 pour y passer le réveillon du jour de l'an. Le gîte est d'une propreté irréprochable tout y est prévu pour que le séjour soit accueillant chaleureux et cosy. Les hôtes sont d'une très grande gentillesse, attentionnés discrets et sympathiques nous avons apprécié leurs petites spécialités. Un grand merci à vous ! Laurence et Zahir"

"Stayed for a week in this lovely flat on the Rue du Rempart in Eguisheim during the last week of September. Very well equipped and cosy feel in a perfect location for access to the Centre of this lovely village. The flat was spotlessly clean and the owner met us with the keys and explained anything we needed to know. The new wine festival started our week well and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Family Lach who let the property responded promptly to any of our emails and questions when...

"A very nice location (except for parking- though public parking doable) Unfortunately communication with owner was difficult as everything they wrote was in French- so some confusion as to their expectations for our responsibilities. Would be great if Vrbo could provide a translation service. Also, your age bracket is very broad with only having adults 18+. Senior citizens might have a separate category as their needs might be different."

"Prêt de tout en voiture, 5min de la station, 5min d'une boulangerie et des commerces, 5min de "Bol d'air" et balade en partant directement de l'appartenant qui se trouve au rez de chaussée, on peut profiter du terrain, loin de la circulation, idéale pour les enfants, accueil super, vraiment rien à dire. Ah si il manque quelques couverts."

"Easy walk to local sites, shops and restaurants. The apartment was quaint and located in a historic house. Stephanie was very helpful and attentive. We tried 4 of her 5 restaurant recommendations. Each one was an excellent dining experience. We had an excellent 8 day stay. The steep stairs would prevent this being a good selection for people with mobility issues. Clean and welcoming."
