- The 78 m² EC apartment in Aßling district Niclasreuth with beautiful mountain views has a spacious kitchen / dining area with direct access to the 60 m² large sun terrace, 1 bedroom, 1 living room (1 sofa beds), 1 bathroom with shower and bath and a covered PKW parking lot.
The apartment is very well connected by traffic and is centrally located in the foothills of the Alps between Munich and Kufstein and is therefore an ideal starting point for numerous activities. Through our trade fair proximity business people can relax in a quiet atmosphere of the busy working day.
Public Transport Railway Munich - Salzburg are in close proximity and can be reached by car in about 5 minutes and on foot in about 15 minutes.
