The location is great and the room, although small, is comfortable and clean. The staff is very unhelpful but the stay is worth the price. If you’re planning on spending a decent amount of your stay in the hotel room I would look elsewhere. If you’ll be out and about then this is the place for you.

Late check-in and arrival was so confusing. I checked in by email but it didn't explain how to open the night entrance. Street didn't feel safe. Room was exceptionally small. But the bed was clean and comfortable. Bar downstairs was nice.

Hotel had its own brewery. Other than that nothing special. Parking was nearly impossible and room floor and shower could have been cleaner but overall a decent stay.

Clean and cozy hotel with good in-room amenities and close to train station (Hauptbahnhof). The area was safe, but surrounded by strip clubs (of no fault of the hotel; just something to keep in mind with children). Good hotel and would stay again.

I will say that the hotel is a great value for price paid and location. Only interaction I had was with one staff member who was unable to help me due to staffing issues (was very polite and apologetic). Would also say that the room is small and only suitable for one person (in my opinion). But again, cost was appropriate for what is provided!

We loved our stay here. The hotel is well located and close by to the Central Station and the Old Town . If you are looking to attend the Oktoberfest, is really close of the Theresienwiese. The room was a little bit dusty so I had allergies. Other than that, totally recommended.

The room was fine and front desk staff was friendly. No air conditioning made it incredibly uncomfortable and the window did not offer much air flow. The street the hotel is on is incredibly noisy with people out on the street until 5am. Would not choose to stay in this area again despite the convenience of being close to the central train station.

Restaurant at ground level was good. May want to update the car park info cos we were given oudated info on the daily discounted €18 rates at a car park that is now €35. In the end the staff was good to point us to a cheaper car park

The photos look better than in person, and the rooms during the summer months are boiling!!! Cleanliness is also minimal at best. Only a few of the staff were friendly and helpful, with one of them taking good feedback when we shared our insights. The fan is also the weakest fan ever! In many European countries, air conditioning isn’t a thing, but please invest in good-quality fans. Overall our experience wasn’t the best, and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

This was a great, clean place to stay close to the train station. It was a bit noisy facing the street in a bustling neighborhood, but it’s part of the charm. The early morning singing was lovely. There are a few seedy bars in the neighborhood, but overall it feels pretty safe and welcoming.

The breakfast was great. The room was clean and centrally located to the train station and Tram station. There are many cafe's and restaurants within walking distance as well as in house. The staff was friendly and polite. Overall, we had a great stay.

Rooms were great, adjacent brewery was fun. Neighborhood seemed really sketchy at first, quite we got used to it, but I wouldn’t walk there at midnight. The staff don’t seem to understand hospitality. An example; there are tea bags (2) and a kettle in the room. We used them on day one. On day two, they were not replaced. When asked, we were told they didn’t do that. ??? Never heard of such a thing. That’s one small, ridiculous example.

Worth it.
With this price, it’s worth it. Room is quite small, but fit for two. There is no fridge in room(maybe they mention it). The counter staff at evening is really friendly and helpful.

Go Hawks!
Visited Germany to watch a Seahawks game. Room was clean and modern. Located in a great location and a walk away from the central station. Would stay here again.

The property was only short walk from main Central Station. Also was 15min walk to Oktoberfest site. First time managed self-checking, which we managed no problem. The bed sheets and towels changed daily. Shower was strong and hot. Didn't have much contact with the staff and didn't try the breakfast option. Weren't seriously affected by outside noises.

The hotel was ‘ok’ however it was very expensive for what you got. The room was clean and came with liquid soap but the tea making facilities comprised a kettle on a tray with nothing else not even a cup. My room overlooked the central courtyard which acted like a echo chamber resulting in lack of sleep during the evening clean up and the staff arriving in the morning. On the plus side the restaurant was good, the food was tasty and well presented. Breakfast as also good with a range of fresh produce on offer. Would I stay again? Probably not there are plenty of hotels in München and experience here would push me to look elsewhere.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable and very close to the train station. The area can be noisy at night if you have your window open in the summer. It was quiet with the window closed. Easily the nicest property on this street. Our mattress was extra firm which is good for us but if you want something softer you might request a different room.

Says on multiple bookingsites that the room has AC but it did only have a small fan that did nothing. The room was a sauna, after one night with no sleep we had to book a room at an other hotel to be able to sleep. And the door to the bathroom didn't open properly so we had to squeeze in through a small opening to get in to the bathroom. Definitely not value for the money. More hostel standard than hotel.
