Idyllisches Apartment in ländlicher Atmosphäre inmitten der Natur. Die komplett neu renovierte Ferienwohnung (10/2023) verfügt über eine neue, moderne Einbauküche, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und einem stilvollen, offenen Wohn-/Essbereich. Die Küche und das Badezimmer ist mit hochwertigen Miele-Geräten ausgestattet.
Sie befindet sich in einer kleinen Waldsiedlung und lädt zu wunderschönen Spaziergängen ein. Die Unterkunft verfügt über kostenfreies WLAN und einem Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre. Dieses moderne Apartment bietet alles, was das Urlaubsherz begehrt. Seid unsere Gäste und fühlt euch rundum wohl. Genießt euren Urlaub auf knapp 30m2 Wohnfläche.
Es gibt ein gemütliches Doppelbett im Hauptschlafzimmer (160x200mm), sowie ein komfortables Schlafsofa (140 cm) im Wohnzimmer. Die Bettdecken und /-kissen bestehen aus Entenfedern und -daunenfüllung Klasse 1

Auf Wunsch können Handtücher gegen eine kleine Gebühr dazu gebucht werden. Sagt uns einfach ein paar Tage vor der Anreise Bescheid.

Great stay

The apartment was clean and everything was as advertised. The use of the washer/dryer was super helpful and the hosts had great recommendations as to where to eat and buy some groceries. Communication was easy, as was check in and check out. Thanks!

Sehr schönes und unglaublich sauberes Appartement - es war alles perfekt. Fußbodenheizung und gemütliches Lichtkonzept. Durchweg netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern - für unsere Tochter lagen sogar Kinderbücher bereit und kurz vor Nikolaus stand eine Überraschung vor der Tür. Sehr ruhige und schöne Lage am Waldrand. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und empfehlen euch gern weiter! Alles Liebe!

Die Wohnung war sehr modern, mit hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet, sehr sauber, liebevoll gestaltet und ruhig gelegen. Die Anbindung mit der S- Bahn ins Zentrum verbunden mit dem kostenlosen Parken vor dem Bahnhof als auch der Parkplatz vor der Ferienwohnung waren für mich sehr bedeutsam. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, äußerst empathisch und stets ansprechbar.

Einfach toll!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Größe ist für 2-3 Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage am Waldrand ist sehr ruhig. Familie Fritzmaier steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort genossen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Idyllisch und unkompliziert

Die Ferienwohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, super sauber und schön gelegen. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Seen und Wanderrouten. Das Einchecken war absolut unproblematisch und Familie Fritzmaier zu jederzeit ansprechbar. Gerne wieder!
