Great Stay in a Cosy Attic Room

Stayed here with my son from 9–11 April 2025 and had a great experience overall. The room was big, cosy, and comfortable—perfect for a short stay. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The only slight inconvenience was having to carry large luggage up and down to the attic, where the room is located. Otherwise, a lovely place and would definitely recommend for light travelers!

Das Zimmer war o.k.. Auf dem Balkon waren bei beiden Gartensesseln die Sitzflächen kaputt. Auch war es sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, dass es in der Wohnung nur ein Waschbecken im Bad gibt, in dem man auch den Abwasch machen muss.

Wir waren für eine knappe Woche hier. Leider können wir die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht verstehen und hattenuns daranorientiert. . Die Gegend war gut, obwohl der Balkon zur Hauptverkehrsstrasse zeigte also war es ziemlich laut. Die Balkonmöbel waren nicht nutzbar, Die Sitzfläche war durchgebrochen und mit Holzbrettern stabilisiert. Es gab im Bad nur ein waschbecken das gleichzeitig als küchenspülbecken benutzt werden musste. Es gab auch kein Geschirrtuch. Küchenzeile war eine übertreibung. Der Heizkörper war mit einem ziegelstein befestigt, ansonsten wäre er wahrscheinlich gekippt. Also der Preis ist total überhöht. Für 25 die Nacht wäre völlig ok gewesen. Wir haben nichts gegen einfach aber eben nicht für so einen Preis.

schlechteste Erfahrung

Wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnung auf der ganzen Welt genutzt. In Puchheim hatten wir unser mit Abstand schlechteste Ferienwohnung. Es war nicht geputzt. Im Bad fanden sich noch die Seifen- und Zahnpastareste im Waschbecken, der Dusche, auf dem Spiegel und der Ablage. Überall Spinnengewebe mit ihren Erbauern. Bettwäsche war zerrissen, die Heizung war mit einem losen Backstein stabilisiert. Die Krönung waren jedoch die vielen Kakerlaken, die wir erst spät abends bei der Heimkehr nach Anschalten des Lichtes sahen. Die Vermieterin war nicht zu erreichen. Nachdem wir alles fotodokumentiert hatten, sind wir fluchtartig vorzeitig abgereist. FEWO und das Gesundheitsamt haben wir informiert.

Sehr nette Übernachtung

Wir haben eine Nacht übernachtet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und man kann direkt vor der Wohnung parken. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen, wenn wir eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in München brauchen.
