Beautiful apartment in a two-family house, which has been converted into 2 apartments - located on a 1. 300 square meter hillside plot in quiet location of Glonn (Upper Bavaria) with beautiful village and mountain views.

The apartment "Wendelsteinblick" is located on the first floor of the holiday house 'Traudl' and has:

Living room with sofa bed and TV and balcony access
Kitchen with dining table and ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer and other good equipment such as coffee machine, water cooker, soda club etc.
Bedroom (double bed) with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and seating as well as roof terrace access
Another bedroom (2 single beds, one of which is 1.20 m wide) with chest of drawers, standing mirror and seating and balcony access
Bathroom with shower / bathtub / WC and 2 sinks, hair dryer available

Ebersberg, Wasserburg am Inn, Munich, Rosenheim, but also Kufstein, the Chiemsee as well as Salzburg with the S-Bahn or the train is easily accessible from Grafing station (about 10 kilometers away). You can reach Grafing station either by car (P + R car park) or by bus (Glonn station).
