Excellent rental property

The apartment is charming, clean and very functional. We stayed there for two weeks. It is located close to grocery stores and transportation. The owners are very helpful and easily accessible, but not intrusive. The town of Grafing is a charming traditional German town with the most wonderful bakery in the town center. We rented a car at the Munich airport and drove the 50 minutes to The apartment. You are centrally located to most attractions in Bavaria and we even drove in to Austria. Gute Lage östlich von München mit ausgezeichneter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Gute Gastronomie im Ort. Saubere und gut ausgestattete Fewo im Obergeschoss nette und aufmerksame Gastgeber, frisches Obst und Naschwerk stand bei Ankunft auf dem Tisch. Geräumiger Gästeparkplatz am Haus. Geräumiges Bad, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, Küche bietet alles was nötig ist.

Schöne, saubere und gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Nach einer persönlichen Begrüßung und kurzen Einweisung konnten wir die gemütliche und sehr saubere Wohnung übernehmen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, einem 5 jährigen und einem Baby zu Besuch und hatten alle genug Platz. Grafing ist ein schöner Ort von dem aus man schnell viele weitere Ziele erreichen kann. Die Vermieter waren super nett, zuvorkommend und immer zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sommerurlaub 2021

Die Wohnung ist in jeder Hinsicht gut ausgestattet. Die Schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten raus und daher ist auch bei geöffnetem Fenster ein ruhiges Schlafen möglich. Die im Haus lebenden Vermieter sind ein Pluspunkt. Sitzmöglichkeiten und Spielgeräte für Kinder sind im Garten. Auch gibt es viele Ausflugmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gerne wieder.

Gemütliche Fewo in Grafing bei München

Wir wurden von Frau Ludwig vom S-Bahnhof Grafing mit dem Auto abgeholt. Ein ALDI ist gleich in der Nähe. In der gemütlichen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Fewo stand ein mit frischem Obst gefüllter Korb für uns bereit. Das Ehepaar Ludwig war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die 3-Zimmer-Fewo im Dachgeschoss hat uns von der Aufteilung her sehr gut gefallen, besonders der große Balkon. Wir können diese Fewo wärmstens empfehlen.

Casa pulita, accogliente e silenziosa

Abbiamo soggiornato per lavoro in questa casa. Non molto vicina alla zona fieristica di Monaco ma comunque servita dai mezzi pubblici. La casa è pulita, accogliente e silenziosa e i padroni, anche se non parlano inglese, sono comunque stati disponibili e ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni sul posto e su come muoverci. Esperienza positiva e che consiglio!

Einfach Spitze !

Die Ferienwohnung von Familie Ludwig war sehr schön. Es war alles was man zum Leben braucht vorhanden. Die Wohnung war gemütlich eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Wir sind als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern verreist , Babybett, Hochstuhl, Rausfallschutz für das große Bett würde alles zur Verfügung gestellt. Herr und Frau Ludwig sind sehr herzliche Vermieter die sich sehr darum bemühen das es ihren Gästen gut geht. Zum Abschluss gab es sogar noch ein tolles Osternest geschenkt. Wir werden sicher mal wieder dort Urlaub machen.
