The friendly staff and the unique decor were excellent. The location is also great. The only negative was the shower. The pressure was high, being squeezed through tiny holes in the shower head which meant the jets were like needles. A more suitable shower head would easy fix this.

Property was very nice. Room was great! Hot water in shower! Staff was very accommodating. 15 minute walk to Glockenspiel and restaurants. Lowenbrau restaurant is close by. Breakfast is great. Parking garage next door is open 24 hours a day.

This is the second time I live here. If I visit Munich in future, the hotel will be my first choice. Hotel room is very clean. The reception gentleman is super professional and helpful. I did not ask his name, but I definitely shout out for him. He needs to help guests check in, be a bartender, and maintain the free coffee/tea zone simultaneously. He is an image of capable German. Hotel is very close to central train station. A lot of shops and restaurants. I strongly recommend.

A nice and very convenient hotel, only a few minutes walk from the main train station. The rooms were nice and clean and of average size for the price. We didn't spend much time engaging with the staff but they were very helpful and friendly when we did. The area around the hotel feels a little bit rough but the convenience of being near the main station and the airport bus makes up for it.
