Very friendly staff, the food was good and the hotel was very clean

Only stayed a night but it was very comfortable. My daughter left her favourite toy behind and they where so quick to post back to her. She was so excited to see her little friend again. A huge thank you !!!!

Very clean and comfortable room. Beds and pillows excellent. Shower and water pressure great. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Honestly this was one of the cleanest motels I’ve ever stayed in, perfect for a short night stay. Staff was really helpful and the room was clean with comfy beds.

Property still felt brand new, undercover parking, short drive into town, no onsite restaurant. Person on the front desk when we arrived was exceptional. Love the auto night light in the bathroom!

Really well located to the shopping district and main arterial roads. Really clean, although the rooms were a bit dated. All in all a good place with off street parking.

The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and check-in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience hassle-free. I’d happily stay here again.

Comfortable, quiet & clean

We loved this place . Staff were amazing , kids had a ball with the tennis courts , pool and go karts . Will definetely come back and this is the place I'll be staying in .

We arrived as the temp hit 40 degrees. Our booking via 'what if' hadn't come through correctly and we had been allocated one room instead of two. This was sorted out for us pleasantly and efficiently. The accomodation is very clean and comfortable. The rooms are a bit tired looking, there was chipped paint and a missing light fitting but really all round it was good value for money. The service in the ajoining pub and bistro is friendly and efficient.

Clean room, great staff and easy parking. That was all I needed.

The Carrington is a lovely hotel in Shepparton opposite the lake. The room was clean and comfortable with high ceilings and a sense of grandeur. The staff were lovely including at the front desk, the housekeeper amd also the staff in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was delicious and very filling such that lunch was not needed. The dinner of pork belly with scallops was an interesting and tasty combination. I look forward to staying there again.
