"2nd summer in a row at this property in Ft Recovery. I would recommend this to anyone with families and kids. Our family had about 20 people here and it was wonderful from the pool to the barn and the park right next door."

"We were in town for the race with our 2 adult children. We have family in the area so the location was perfect. Communication from hosts, Ashley and Myo, was always very prompt. We walked to dinner downtown Noblesville one night and that was fun, too. It was a very comfortable stay."

"Stay was great. Served our purpose for a place to sleep , relax and cook. No issues other than, hot water heater couldn't hold up to back to back showers. Also, extra trash bags need to be provided."

"After you park you enter a little Oasis right in town. This place is stunning! Beds and couches are comfortable! Listening to the tiny waterfall in this wonderful backyard setting is a must! Landscape is immaculate. You almost feel secluded like you are out in the woods, because of all the trees surrounding majority of the place. Best candle company(Warm Glow) shop 15 min drive."

"This property was perfect! The kitchen is great to hang out in. The bed was comfortable and the entire house well appointed. Perfect location as our son was getting married at Mill Top. I would highly recommend and hope to return when we have more time to enjoy the area."

"It's a really interesting set up but there is lots of space. Kitchen is big and well equipped. Plenty of towels and we enjoyed the fireplace. It's really a perfect house for a short to long term stay. Cons: the dryer didn't dry very well and the couch is really uncomfortable."

"We came in for a concert at the Ruoff center and were so glad to have found this fabulous house. It is an easy and safe walk to and from the venue. The back deck is great and the 4 bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for a group. We had 2 moms with teens for a concert and it was exactly what we needed. Wish we could have spent more time in the house but it was a quick trip for us."

"The house was perfect for our stay. We were in the area for our daughter’s graduation from Miami U and to move her out of her house. It’s impossible to find anything in Oxford during such events and are so glad we expanded our search and found this location. An easy 25 minute drive and plenty of room for us to park our truck towing a U-Haul in the front. The insides looked new and were clean. The style is a tasteful modern look but very comfortable. "Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property."

"Great property, especially for large groups! Amazing indoor and outdoor areas, especially the multiple decks, second floor gaming area, and hammocks! Property owner was super easy to communicate with, gave lots of great tips for the area and responded quickly to all my questions. 4/5 for cleanliness as there were lots of ants and crumbs on the kitchen floor when we first arrived. Otherwise it was perfect!"
