"It was great once I actually got the apartment I had booked. They tried to fob me off with a much smaller room with no kitchen or washing machine. I decided to complain so actually got the apartment about 2pm the next day. There was a lot of apologies & a plate of delicious treats to compensate but to be honest I was really gutted to waste a whole day. "We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! We had an issue with our rooms during check-in, but the manager Gökhan resolved everything the next day. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and how professionally the situation was handled. Once that was taken care of, we had a fantastic vacation. The resort is beautiful, with plenty of sports and activities to enjoy. The evening entertainment was fun, the food was good, and the à la carte restaurants were excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, we had a great time and would happily return. Thank you to the manager and the entire team for making our vacation so enjoyable!"
