Outer Balcony connected to the Room had leakage and water clogging. Fan in bedroom was not functioning properly at low speeds. Smart TV provided in one room with some free channels. "They had already given the Villa to someone else and I booked from hotels.com They did not consider my confirmed reservation and I was left with no reservation. No one was picking up the call, there were agents outside Villa which was so weird. The listing in the website is like a scam, do not reserve from hotels.com. I hv no idea what is going to happen to my money now. Worst experience ever."
