"We had a wonderful time here, Kes and Luke were fantastic hosts who provided lots of advice on the area as well as an orchard nearby where we could pick our own apples and plums. Our boys (and us) loved the animal feeding each morning and getting to use the kayaks on the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. We had very hot weather on one of the days and when we returned to the accommodation we didn't even need to use the AC as it was still nice inside.We loved our stay so much we have already booked to come back in winter! "Although the place was rustic we felt that some essentials could have been provided or at least informed they were not included - no microwave - no hanging for clothes as there was no where to unpack, no complimentary shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom - no hairdryer, only seating outside for 2 and the chairs have seen better days, the tea coffe and sugar were passed their sell by date too - communication was absolutely excellent but we felt it a bit on the expensive side for what was provided "
