Your reservation includes:

beds made before your arrival;
bed linens and bath towels;
a welcome kit including, among other items, trash bags, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and a few essential supplies.

Mattress and pillow protectors must remain in place for the entire duration of your stay.

Water, electricity, heating, and Internet access are included in your stay. Please use these resources responsibly.

Before leaving the accommodation, please:

turn off unused lights and electrical appliances;
close the windows;
lock the front door securely.

The toilets are intended for toilet paper only. Any other items (wipes, sanitary products, paper towels, etc.) may clog the drains. In the event of a clog caused by misuse, the traveller will be responsible for the repair costs.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Its use must comply with French law. Any illegal activity carried out using this connection is the sole responsibility of the user.

The accommodation is located in a residential building.

We ask that you respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet:

Complete silence is required between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM;
Common areas must be kept clean and clear. Please do not leave personal belongings there.

In the event of a complaint from neighbors or intervention by the authorities due to disturbances, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your stay without refund.

Any breakage, damage, or malfunction must be reported to us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue promptly.

Repairs or replacements necessitated by misuse or damage will be billed to the guest through the booking platform.
