"Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly.
There was coffee and tea, sugar, bottled water and cups and saucers supplied, but NO milk allowed in the rooms, so we were unable to make tea, which was very peculiar. Why bother to supply the tea and coffee, as advertised?"

"My wife and I have been wanting to stay at the Hotel de la Marine for almost 20 years, since we ate at the restaurant there. Our stay of a single night was quite special. The excellent and friendly staff arranged a sea-view room for us and we were delighted with our views over la manche. We ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food lived up to our previous expectations. Whole crab, followed by Dover sole and lobster linguine.....and an excellent bottle of Quincy vin blanc. "This was a well equipped property well suited to my needs for a quiet family gathering. 10mins walk from the beach and well equiped. A little unclear in description that property is on two levels. The main level has 3 rooms and living space. Lower level accessed from outside or though utility room is self contained with bedroom and small living area with sofa bed and kitchen sink. I found this setup quite suited my group."
