"The property looked great in the photos and has a convenient location close to both the supermarket and the beach. We also really appreciated being able to bring our dog - the outdoor area was perfect for a small pet.Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by a few issues during our stay. The washing machine wasn’t working and wasn’t repaired during our week-long visit, which was challenging with a one-year-old. While Nick reimbursed 50 for the inconvenience, it did affect our stay.We also found the property lacked some of the details you’d typically expect in a short-stay rental, such as instructions for using the four TV remotes, central heating, or guidance on bin collection days (we only realised when we heard the truck coming).Some furnishings and amenities felt quite basic — the kitchen knives were blunt, the bedding was thin with only sheets (no doona covers), and one of the towels even had a hole.Additionally, the bedrooms let in a lot of light and there was noticeable road noise, so light sleepers may want to bring an eye mask and earplugs.Overall, the location and dog-friendly setup were positives, but a few maintenance and comfort improvements would make this property much more enjoyable."

"Such a beautiful and clean house!! It’s honestly unbelievable how nice the house was, from the decorations to the appliances to the comfort, they had really thought of it all. I stayed here with my family and we were a large group of 15 and we all loved it so much including the kids. They couldn’t get enough of the kids room as well as the beautifully clean backyard which they used almost the entire time to play. We honestly didn’t want to leave at the end. The accessibility between both houses made hanging out together so easy and seamless. On top of everything, the host is amazing with their communication and made our stay super easy and comfortable. Thank you so much for having us, we’ll definitely rebook next time we’re back in Adelaide. "

A guide book folder is provided with information for any questions you might have.*Great facilities - it's just like being at home, almost everything we needed was thought of eg. WiFi, stereo sound system, kids activities and games, baby stuff, pet needs (treats, poo bags, pet friendly furniture), side lamps, TVs, aircons, fully functioning kitchen, basic coffee and tea facilities.*Luxury gourmet lifestyle - extra touches for extra comfort and relaxation like complimentary toiletries, kid treats, dog treats, luxurious soft bedding and towels, coffee machine with gourmet ground coffee, spa facilities, hats, stubby holders etc.All those extra little details you might not think of to pack.
