"Worst resort experience ever. This property is nowhere near a 5-star resort and doesnā€™t even deserve a star. Very bad food, extremely unhygienic conditions, and painfully slow service. The most shocking part is the open lift, which feels extremely dangerous and unsafe, especially for families and children. The caretaker was unprofessional, and completely indifferent to guest concerns. Overall, a terrible and highly disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property."

"We had a pleasant stay at Himalaya Hotel, Nainital. The deluxe room offered an amazing lake view, and the food was delicious. The staff was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Pankaj Joshi and Sunil Kumar for assisting us with our luggage during both pickup and drop. The dining staff was also well-behaved and suggested some great nearby places to visit. The only area for improvement would be the room cleanliness, as we noticed a few cobwebs. Overall, it was a good experience, and the excellent hospitality made our stay enjoyable."
