It was right in the CTS terminal, which was fantastic location. It included breakfast. Not great for a coeliac but a couple of things I could eat. The room was pretty small. The heating was too much. Very nice staff and comfortable room. Has everything you need. My favourite part was the bathroom. Very traditional Japanese bathing vibes including stool, bucket, and a small tub for you to soak in after cleaning. Perfect on a cold winter night.

The room was clean, and the staff good to work with. There is plenty of parking out back. Great for families. Seicomart across the street was invaluable. Unless we need to be in a different area we will have Minn Chitose at the top of our list.
