"Excellent hotel room was lovely and spotless clean. Surprised we had a toaster, microwave, cutlery & crockery. Staff were really friendly. We certainly will come back as we didn’t have much time to use the pool and other facilities "

"It is a big hotel, but on our visit there were very few guests staying, and it was very quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. The grounds are lovely, with grassy lawns and well-kept borders, but sadly, the view from our room was of a stone wall and some tatty looking sheds. The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was in need of some refurbishment. Breakfast was cooked to order."

"First too was far too small, asked for upgrade and initially told it would cost £300 so refused. Next day offered bigger room for £120 and took it due to the room size and wardrobe to fit our clothes away. Meals at Breakfast were adequate, dinner menu could be improved by more choice. Sunday roast and Fish/Chips were ace but Steak Pie was not."
