"Das sehr gepflegte und saubere Haus war mit viel Holz sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche war echt super! Der Weg in die Weinberge ist gleich hinter dem Haus, deshalb war das mit Hund super! Die Verwalterin war immer für uns da, eine sehr nette Dame!!Leider liegt das Haus direkt an einer Straße mit viel Verkehr und es ist schon laut. Im Haus haben wir eine Couch oder Sofa vermisst; es war schwierig, sich abends gemütlich hinzusetzen. Die Vorhänge in den Schlafzimmern müssten noch verdunkelt werden,...

"Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het appartement. Speeltuin voor de kinderen dichtbij, recreatie plas om de hoek. Het zwembad is ook heerlijk om even af te koelen en te relaxen. De tuin is mooi en ruim met verschillende zithoekjes. De gordijnen zijn niet verduisterend wij hebben voor de kinderen altijd 2 ikea fleecedekens mee om de boel te verduisteren, dus voor ons was het geen probleem. En de sleutel overdracht was erg lastig een halfuur voor het huis gestaan de werkster heeft ons binnen gelaten en melde dat ze het ook een lastig systeem vond. "Great place to stay, extremelly clean, well arranged, friendly staff and ready to help. Very good restaurant, not too many options but they are changing the menu completelly on a daily basis! So for sure you will find someting new each time when you'll attend. The food quality is very good, starting from breakfast to dinner. Room impecably clean, everything very well maintained. The surronding area is very pleasant, on the Danube shore with hills around close to manh beautifully hystoricall small cities. A place to remember! Congratulation hotel team!"

"If you’re planning to visit Melk Abbey, be aware that Hotel Donauhof is not within walking distance—you’ll need to take a taxi, which costs about €16 each way. Alternatively, there's a bus that runs only once per hour. The hotel provides no in-room amenities—not even, tea or bottled water—and there is no air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable in the warmer months after June. There are no activity area around the hotel, with no restaurants nearby except the hotel’s own. During our stay, the elevator was out of order, and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs. If you're visiting Melk Abbey, I would recommend staying in Melk itself. You'll find similar or lower prices, access to a charming small town, and several dining options within walking distance. "

"Hotel was clean however was brand new, continental breakfast was a bit off a let down, didnt think there was much of an option, couldnt even get a bit of toast even thought toast machine were there but werent allowed to use.. Air-con also wasnt working and it being very warm outside it was uncomfortable to sleep in.. Didnt get any information from the hotel about aircon not working before arrival.. Also no staff about at nite if needed for any issues or emergencies.."
