In the house: central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking space n 15. Carport. Shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 5 km, café 100 m, bus stop 220 m. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 1.7 km, gondola lift 6 km, slopes 1.7 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 6 km, children's ski school 6 km, sled run 6 km, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mühlbach-Dienten-Maria Alm 6 km, Hochkeil 2 km. Hiking paths: Hochkönig 20 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Het appartement was vies bij aankomst en ook ontbrak de deur van de vaatwasser, zat de tafel onder de gaten, was de bank erg versleten en troffen we veel vies servies aan. Daarnaast waren er veel persoonlijke eigendommen aanwezig en had je meer het gevoel in iemand anders zijn huis te zitten. Ook was het huisnummer niet aangegeven waardoor we bij aankomst lang hebben moeten zoeken naar het juiste huis. Al met al jammer, want de locatie en de grootte van het appartement was verder prima.
