"Fijne week gehad met 8 personen. 4 kids en 4 volwassenen. Veel inventaris aanwezig. De aanwezigheid van een wasmachine was ook erg prettig. Gaskachel houd het huis goed warm. Ca 400 m lopen naar de rode piste bij dolomietenhof waar je ook lekker kan eten. Skischool freeride alpin bij donnerkogelbahn was prima geregeld voor onze kids. Voor beginners wat lastig om verder het gebied in te gaan. Dan zijn piste 14 en 11(a) nog net te doen. Mooie week gehad"

"Our family of four enjoyed our stay very much and took every chance we got to sit outside for the view. You can easily reach every sights in the area in less than an hour's drive so that was quite convenient as a base to explore. The place is very clean and quiet, neighbours are a bit close but everybody respects the quietness and privacy of each other and besides friendly hellos pretty much keep to themselves. "This spacious chalet will not disappoint! Plenty of room for the entire family and has everything you need for a nice vacation. Easy to find, has a fully equipped kitchen and everything is modern. Covered parking and close to all the local towns of Kaprun and Zell Am See. Owner is very responsive and easy to reach for any questions. Has fantastic view of the mountains! There is a grill for a BBQ too. Very peaceful neighborhood."

"Wundervoll gelegenes Chalet; klein aber fein. Alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt für Paar, Oma und Hund benötigt . Wenn der Wettergott , wie bei uns, mitspielt, eine perfekte Unterkunft für Urlauber, die entlohnt von der traumhaften Natur , die Ursprünglichkeit zu schätzen wissen. Man fühlt sich von den Besitzern des Bauernhofes nebenan sehr willkommen . Wir kommen wieder ;-) ."

"Sehr schöne Anlage, im Haus war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Pool war auch sauber und eine gute Abwechslung für die Kinder bei Regentagen. Das einzige was wir bemängeln würden,wäre das die Öffnungszeiten des Pools doch relativ kurz sind und das wurde vorher nirgends beschrieben. Im direkten Umkreis gibt es viele Wanderwege, aber wer etwas mehr Abwechslung sucht, muss immer einige Kilometer fahren. Was uns aber nicht gestört hat."

"We really enjoyed our stay here this summer. The chalet was lovely and well equipped. The owners were also good at keeping in touch (thank you). The surrounding area (Annaberg-Lungotz) is simply wonderful for walks, cycling or just relaxing and enjoying the fabulous surrounding mountains and countryside. "Just 15 min and you willfind yourself in zellamsee downtown. We would never forget our great moments at this chalet. we had fan and an amazing week there. It is neat, clean and has wide spaces, and beautiful balconies. It seems very new for me. Actually, I felt that We are the first family who occupies the place . furniture is my favourite type of furniture, simple, modern and classic. Me and my family decided that this will not be the last visit for wonderful zell am see and wonderful chalet...
