New, modern vacation home with a stunning view in the countryside

Welcome to the “Zeitwert” holiday home—a beautiful, eco-friendly new build.

Built in 2021 using high-quality natural materials such as clay, wood, and hemp, this holiday home is nestled in the countryside.

The house is situated on a large property in a quiet location, right on the beautiful forest lake “Holzwiesenteich.” With approximately 70 square metres of living and relaxation space, it invites you to spend relaxing days, enjoy beautiful moments, and make the most of your time here.

The layout features two bedrooms with double beds and fresh linens, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, a bright living and dining area with panoramic windows offering a direct view of the water, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and all standard kitchen utensils. Another special feature is the loft, where you can wonderfully wind down at the end of the day with a glass of fine wine or a good book. On cooler days, the pellet stove in the living area provides cosy warmth and a special atmosphere.

Bedding, towels, and pellets are included and have already been provided for you.

The 1,200-square-meter property features a sun terrace (complete with lounge chairs and a parasol) overlooking the water, a barbecue area, a covered terrace, a solar-heated outdoor shower, beautiful flower meadows, and much more to discover. For guests of all ages, the large lawn is perfect for playing.

Ample parking is available for cars, RVs, and motorhomes.

We love animals, but have decided not to allow pets (allergy-friendly accommodation).

We’re very much looking forward to welcoming you and are happy to answer any further questions.

Best regards,

The Richter Family from the “Zeitwert” holiday home—because it’s worth your time.
