"The property was clean, and the staff was great, but the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers are at the end of the tub/shower where the contents can’t help but fall on the inside of the tub making it very slickly. I slipped and bruised my shin pretty bad while trying to get in the shower. So, be very careful when getting in the shower! Also, we stayed three nights, and the second morning while we were trying to get dressed for our grandson’s graduation, all the lights in our room went out. The man who was on duty at the front desk could not find the problem, and brought us a lamp. He eventually put us in another room which was fine. Overall, it was an ok experience. However, the people at the front desk were exceptional, and the breakfast was absolutely wonderful!"

"My family of four stayed here for two weeks due to a home remodel, and it was perfect for our needs. The home is very clean and well-appointed. Heather is very responsive, and was accommodating when we had to extend the rental right before another guest was to check-in. I can't recommend this property enough!"

"We booked this home expecting a relaxing stay by the pool, based on the listing photos. However, upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the property was not accurately represented.The condition of the home raised serious health and cleanliness concerns. There was visible mold in the bathrooms, particularly along the baseboards and air vents. The pool was not usable, as it appeared to have gone uncleaned for an extended period. Additionally, there were rats observed running around the backyard.We notified the host of these issues, but while someone was eventually sent out, it was not until the afternoon of our final day—far too late to resolve the situation or salvage our stay.Due to the unhealthy and unclean conditions, some members of our group chose to leave after the first night. Overall, the condition of the property did not match the listing and significantly impacted our experience.See photos from our stay. "

"The property was beautiful. A lot of house for a great price. We had invited another couple but they ended up not making it, so we had the house to ourselves. Very pleased and happy with our stay. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely seek them out again. "

"Everything was well stocked and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the heavy fragrances present in the property. I, like many, am very sensitive to synthetic fragrances which were present in the plugin used up to the sheets and towels being overly scented through the washing products. "
