"They had pimps and prostitutes all over the hotel and Mexican restaurant next door. Possibly a sex trafficking area."

"The hotel is very filthy. There’s no emphasis on even keeping the main areas clean. My room was so dirty that I had to be moved to a different room once the hotel was no longer sold out. My friend wasn’t able get a clean comforter for her bed therefore she had no bedsheets to sleep over a three day stay. Our toilet paper rack was hanging off the wall. Our sink in our bathroom did not drain nor did it have the cap in the sink that is usually there to catch things. The staff are very unprofessional. I watch security guard getting into it with someone walking past that appeared to be going through something mentally. It could’ve got really unsafe and ugly for those who were present. Honestly I never saw housekeeping the three nights that I stayed there."

"Pros: location is great, easy on and off the interstate. Lots of food options and some walka le nearby. Staff excellent, friendly and accommodating. Cons: room smelled musty, room was on the side of the highway and it was LOUD! Ask for a room away from the highway. AC was LOUD and ran all night so I'm thinking wasn't efficient which may have been why it was so loud? Louder than your average hotel AC but at least it worked I guess. I would not stay here again just because of the traffic noise unless I knew I could get a room away from the highway since it.seemes like the noise was coming thru the window."

"We had some difficulties finding the hotel's entrance. It is attached to the casino and not NAV friendly for on-site specifics. Once we found it and worked our way through security (a comforting extra!), we found the staff friendly and accommodating. The room was large, clean but not "brand new" clean and comfy. We would definitely stay here again. Reasonably priced, too!"
