Nice hotel close to airport

We enjoyed our stay. Good location, nice pool, amazing buffet breakfast. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were good. The service staff were disappointing. They did not answer any of our questions and most of them treated us as if we had snuck into the hotel and did not belong there. The welcome staff member was also not helpful, she handed us forms in Thai and told us to sign them without explaining them, she then rushed us into the elevator and said goodbye. We were expected to find our room and all the building facilities ourselves.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Mekki (chief concierge) assisted us in every way.The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options. Overall, this hotel delivered exceptional service and true hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to anyone visiting the area!

From the room to the staff everything was incredible. I wasn’t aware and/or a fan that it was off the main road and down, what I would call, an alley. But other than that I would say excellent. I would suggest that you add a light in the area right inside the door and where luggage is stored.

High quality resort, shows some aging, but large and beautiful. Great private beach. Pools are great. One is open until 10 pm which is great. Food is good, but the prices are on par with North American or even more. Will stay again.
