"It IS a tiny home, but location, location, location. Perched high on the hillside we loved the views across the Summerhaven and up the canyon towards the SkiValley and spent as much time as possible lounging on the deck. Great for storm watching which we were happily treated to. The yard is not really walkable but covered with wildflowers that fill the air wih endorphin inducing aromas. The town is a close and pleasant walk down the hill away but be aware that your limited dining choices close at 4pm Monday through Thursday. While the living area was small, enough for 2, the kitchen, bed and bath were just fine. Parking was great but those with mobility issues should take the stairstep walkway down into consideration. Fred and Pat are a most friendly and responsive of hosts. I joked to Fred after his day prior call for the property rundown after he asked if he had covered everything that "he was as comprehensive as humanly possible." TY Fred and Pat!"

"The cabin was a great location! Easy parking and easy to get in. The cabin was very clean and quiet and we very much enjoyed our stay! Also, the host was excellent in communicating and quick responses. ."

"The VRBO is stellar. We brought our planning team of 6 leaders and all enjoyed the place and atmosphere. Great space with 3 levels and a nice patio with furniture. The gas grill is an easy and cooked out food with ease. Kitchen space is good / 6 beds with a couple couch beds if needed/ 4 bathrooms. Tyler is a great host for this VRBO and allowed us to show up a week early and check-out the digs. The team loved all areas and the only change would be thicker patio furniture cushions. All in all a great place, clean and affordable. Work this one into your go to place. Eddy P"

"Location was wonderful. The cabin is beautiful. The only bummer was the appliances lights were glaring and they are right in front of bed. Just might be our issue. The dog run did have a few too many weeds. However would recommend and will stay again."
