"This was a really great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean with good amenities. The bathroom has a nice shower, a bidet, and a deep soaker tub while the bed is really comfortable. Noise wise, in the bed area it was quiet but near the door it was a bit noisier. Only knock was that the shower door leaked a bit, but that is a minor issue that can easily be fixed. Will definitely stay here again. The location could not be better, right on Vitohsa Boulevard which is a happening place with a ton of bars and restaurants within walking distance "

"The best feature of this property is the staff. We especially commend Nicolay who helped us with side trip arrangements and worked to answer any questions about food, transportation, etc. however all staff members did their best to help us out. The property is not in the center of town. We used public transport, which is cheap and well-run. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good."

"Hotel was spotlessly clean and service throughout the hotel was excellent. The hotel was modern, new carpets and modern furnishings. Our room was excellent and the lift takes you up to each floor. The breakfast was superb, very large range of continental plus cooked food such as an English breakfast, the coffee out of the two machines was exceptional. The staff were always so helpful and very nice to chat to, also very knowledgeable. The hotel is 15 mins walk from metro Serdika and easy to find. The pavement before the hotel is uneven and at night it was quite dark so be aware but was very safe in the neighbourhood. Our favourite eaterie was Spaghetti Kitchen bar in Svetla, the food is to die for and cheap, two main meals plus dessert £25, also they catered very well for gluten free. Near the hotel is a local Billa supermarket which has a very comprehensive range of food and drink etc. Overall thankyou to the hotel for a fabulous stay."

"I spent a long Easter week-end with my wife in Sofia. The hotel was perfectly located for accessing all the central sites. The furniture in our room was a little dated, but it was a very spacious room, the beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was great. The staff were very helpful with good insights on local restaurants and tourist trips."
