"Overall our experience was very good. We enjoyed the cottage, the dock watching the sunrise and just relaxing. Quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed our walks along the sound. The only complaint I had was the very high overall fees for the condo. We had an owner service fee, $100 cleaning fee (which is reasonable), $200 pet cleaning fee (not reasonable especially since our dog weighs 20 pounds and shed very little) and tax (which of course we have to pay). "There were 2 stacked washer/dryer units in the house. Neither dryer worked. One was just dead and the other made a noise that would drive you out of the house. I called Vacasa within 24 hrs of check-in and explained the situation. Every day I called or texted them again. No response from any local repair shop. We had 8 people and 5 days without a dryer. With no way to dry our clothes we couldn't use the washers either which was totally unacceptable. I will never use Vacasa again. In addition,...

"The home was in tip top condition. New everything, including hot tub, appliances, all beds and pillows (high end excellent quality). It truly makes for a better experience having peace, quiet, clean and comfy bedding. The owners were truly a blessing, living nearby. They were the definition of true southern hospitality. "This was the get away we needed. Beautiful home in a sand community by the ocean. Who could.ask for anything better. We loved the open space of this home. Watching the sunset from the top balcony, bbq'd, swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub and played a game of pool and of coarse the beach was right there. There is a small park down the road and we got to see wild horses. We had the best time. Kids were exhausted from all the fun and so were the adults. Thank you."

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals and family room is comfortable to watch a show or play a board game. The bedrooms perfect sized with comfortable beds! We loved the hot tub and community pool! The beach is a short walk away! Our host Scott is great and did a great communicating everything we needed for our stay! We can not wait to go back again!"
