"The house is located rural, next to a unpaved road en a small stream. It is not luxury but wel equipped and comfortable. It offer a lot value for money. Due to the trees it is relatively cool on hot summer days. In Lormes , which has a nice atmosphere, there are supermarket, several good shops for food and some cafe’s. The surrounding is suited for some shorter day trips and for walking. For cooling down on hot days there is a small lake at a 15 minutes walk from the house"

"We stayed for 5 nights to recuperate on our European tour. Amazing traditional property with lots of space for 5 children, and outside space for dining with use of the BBQ. We loved the outside space and pool to cool off - so much space. Relaxing, calm and tranquil. Fabien was on site if we needed anything. It felt very much like home for us with the animals and greeted by the dog when we came home each day."

"Together with our family, friends and young children we enjoyed a lovely four days at the Estate. Because of our varied group we had discussed the rooms with our hosts beforehand so we were quickly settled. What beautiful grounds, Mansion, atmosphere, pool, hot tub and sauna. Customers stayed outside the hotel waiting too long for calls and customers kept knocking the door to check in and no one opens the door. Customers no choice but look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Cancelled 2nd day check in due to bad experiences and upsetting situation with Brit hotel. Hotel.com must cancel contract with them."

"It didn’t say anywhere that this apartment is part of an old age home. The pictures of the communal spaces for the property are for the use of the care home residents. All of the property facilities are clearly for elderly residents. The shower room is designed for wheelchair users. I’d understand if the property was advertised as being designed for disabled people, but it is just because it is part of a care home. They are clearly just renting out rooms they’ve been unable to sell to elderly residents. Most of the things in the room had been bought from Amazon Basics, so you have an idea of the level of investment and care going into the property. The apartment was filled with bugs crawling all over the walls and windows and we couldn’t wait to leave. Not exactly an apartment, and certainly somewhere you’d want to spend as little time as possible."
