"Nice room, helpful staff"

"Location: Excellent—right on the main square with plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking available at the back of the hotel. Room: We stayed in the main hotel (not the annex), which appears newly renovated. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a quirky bathroom window overlooking the main room. Dining: Breakfast was quite expensive, so we opted to eat elsewhere, though the on-site restaurant is well reviewed and popular. Notes: Great base for exploring Bastogne; would stay again for the location and comfort."

"I have had an excellent stay, too bad I did not stay long enough to enjoy confort and the amaizing buffet at Breakfast. Somebody is available to cook your fresh eggs the way you want! Fresh fruits, large choice of breads and viennoiseries, fresh smoothies and much more. Clean and quie. I highly recommend."

"The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "

"We were met by the owner at check in. He is also the chef for the restaurant. He took time to explain the hotel and restaurant food options. The hotel is very nice. We were given a mini-suite with a balcony. Would stay again in a heart beat."
