"The house was lovely, clean, well furnished (in a way that makes you feel like you’re visiting somewhere special), and spacious. We loved waking up in the morning to the spectacular views and returning home after sight seeing to a company friendly kitchen and comfortable living room. The hosts who passed off the keys were an added treat: gave us the inside scoop to get away from more touristy attractions to more local ones, and made us feel like we were friends."

"Nice spot in Quin. Best for persons with rental cars. Not really walkable (dangerous road without a bright yellow vest) to Quin village but taxis and Uber is available, if you’re lucky and patient. Clean, welcoming, all you need for a long stay including washing machine, dryer, fridge, dining ware, cutlery, etc. Would stay again. "

"Would thoroughly recommend this home to stay for a large family, there was plenty of space for our family group of 6 adults and one child. The property was clean and tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside space was great, we enjoyed using bbq and dining on the decking area which had a large table to seat us all. Also loved sitting in the lounge looking out at the wonderful view over the lake. The location was great too as all amenities were an easy walk...

"My wife and I came to vacation in Ireland with our 6 children. This was a lovely home that fit us perfectly. We stayed a week and traveled each day to another location to see the SW of the country. Caroline the property manager was very nice and very responsive. The only constructive feedback I would give is that it would be nice to have screens on the bedroom windows. This may not be applicable for the majority of the year, but it was very warm when we stayed, and with no A/C, we wanted to open...

"Okay but some things should be improved. Lights in the driveway. Hazard at night. Irritating things such as no sieve, no tea strainer, no lights under worktops in the kitchen, poor finishing to several sections of the dwelling- has an ‘unfinished or slightly slapdash’ feel about it. Light to the dining area very poor. No replacement disposal bags. Carpets rather dirty. And so on. With a small bit of care and attention it could so easily be better."
