Beautiful rustic home located directly on the banks of the White River! 4 bedroom (including loft), 2.5 bath, luxury modern cabin capable of accommodating​ 12. Cabin includes 3 king beds, 2 full beds, 2 twin beds, and one Pack and Play crib located in master closet.

Fully appointed kitchen including Keurig and coffee maker and gas and charcoal grills. Small fire pit on lower deck. Large fire pit and deck on the river bank.

Features a full-size gas log fireplace, 65" smart tv in living area, 40" tv in each bedroom (excluding loft), and Wifi service. Level II EV charger on site.

Everyone loved the house! There was plenty of room for all of us. The view was beautiful and our mornings were spent just sitting on the deck watching the river flow. I think everyone's favorite feature was the shower in the master bath! That thing was amazing! We all agreed we would like to return in the future.

The only complaint I have is that we didn’t stay longer!! It was a wonderful stay!! Perfect accommodations, perfect view. It was such a good experience. One of our best rental stays.

Ideal Spring Break Spot

Three generations thoroughly enjoyed four beautiful days here. The location, overlooking the White River, provided easy access to everything the area has to offer. Host Rick was always quickly responsive, and the spacious house was well supplied. The kids loved the loft bedroom, the slide off the deck and the fire pit where we made S'mores. The older folks were happy with the large kitchen and bedrooms, the large TV and the view. The 7-year-old couldn't stop saying "I don't want to leave" on our last morning, and we would be glad to return some day.

Best house on the river

This VRBO was by far the best and most supplied/equipped house we have ever rented. The owners thought about absolutely everything a family could ever need in renting a house on the river. Will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This was a special weekend for our family because one of our family members will be gone soon. We needed a couple of irregular accommodations. They were no problem. Such a beautiful place. Secluded feeling with conveniences nearby if needed. Be aware though, fishing from the bank is not possible.

Beautiful property on the river

House is perfectly situated right on the white river. It has a great deck setup off the living area, or if you prefer, a nice deck and fire pit right on the riverbank. Great design, plenty of room, clean, stocked with plenty of kitchen items, and highly recommended!!

Perfect spot on the White River

We stayed here for our parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The 3 rooms with king size beds were perfect for the adults, and the kids all stayed in the loft. Quiet neighborhood with great road for early morning walks. Just across the river from Jack’s where we rented a boat for the day. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home on the river

Gorgeous and comfortable place for our family and close to Blanchard springs caverns, Sylamore Creek and Mt View. Loved watching the fog roll down the river from the deck and making s’mores by the river. Loft space was great for our 6 and 8 year olds. They also loved the slide from the bottom deck. Bedding was soft and luxurious! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Enjoyable Stay

The property is beautiful and well appointed. Our family enjoyed visiting on the deck overlooking the river. We grilled, played games and went boating. Please note the location, although on the river, does not really have fishing access. However there is a boat launch within walking distance that we were able to fish from comfortably. We rented a boat from JoJos for a very reasonable price. One other plus was Anglers restaurant right across the river- delicious!! Would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate!

This property was even better than pictured! Excellent location, easy to find! Absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a large family! The kitchen is huge with lot of seating and the porch was wonderful to gather together and take in the magnificent view! We enjoyed the fire pit! The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and everything was so clean and inviting! The owners thought of everything and we didn’t want for a single thing! Highly recommend!!!!

Close to the wedding venue

We planned and attended a wedding at Blanchard Springs area. My father is 92 and loves the river. He enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watch the river roll by. The view was beautiful. This property was very clean, modern, and elegant. The bedrooms were very comfortable. I would recommend this property for a larger family. All 8 of us enjoy the stay.

Mountain View Happy place

This is a return trip to Lure Me In. Shhhhh do not tell too many folks about this sweet spot on the White River. We love the inside/outside living, even at the kitchen sink, turn around and see the view! A grand girl stayed in the loft, she thought it was like a treehouse. Just love the magic that is Mountain View. If you fill the calendar (as you should) please leave me a spot !

Nonstop fun

We brought the grandparents and our 5 and 6 year olds for a long weekend looking for a new adventure spot from Kansas City. We couldn’t have been happier with our trip. The men had a great time fishing on the river with a guide. I walked the kids down to the boat ramp down the street to fish in the mornings. Tons to do in the area- great cave tour, hiking trails, creek/recreation area to play, fun shopping, and live music every night. The house was clean, cozy, and well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen. The people in Mountain View are some of the kindest people we’ve met in years. The Ozark Folk Center is like nothing else— people everywhere happy to teach about their trades and so great with the kids. We feel like we hit the jackpot. Would definitely recommend staying!
