Folk Cabin! Secluded Modern 2 BR/2 Full Bath Cabin just behind Ozark Folk Center

The "Folk Cabin" is a secluded 2 Bedroom Modern Cabin with 2 Full Bathrooms located just beyond the Ozark Folk Center. Peaceful wooded setting located at the end of the road yet literally a couple of minutes from downtown. Location, Location, Location! Lost of wildlife in the area and we most always see deer from the front porch swing. The Rock fireplace (electric) in the living room sets the mood for your getaway in the mountains and puts off lots of heat with the heat feature turned on. The living room features an electric recliner as well as a reclining loveseat and sofa with recliners (talk about comfort). The master features a king bed and full bathroom and the second bedroom contains both a queen and full bed. The second full bath is located in the hall. There is a fire area outside with chairs to relax and wood for roasting marshmallows and smores. WIFI and cable TV are also provided as well as a fully stocked kitchen. Full size washer and dryer as well. We've also added a custom firepit with a swinging "cowboy cooker" grill grate for cooking!!!!

Secluded and peaceful

Great stay and cabin

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was super clean and accommodating! We loved the secluded location, yet close to town. We saw a deer and armadillos off the front porch. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend staying here. Hope to come back!

Beautiful Secluded Cabin

This cabin was perfect and even better than the photos. The location is great for a quiet getaway and would also be perfect for a larger group. This cabin would easily accommodate 6-8 people. We saw plenty of deer throughout the day and other wildlife that made it an even more enjoyable stay.

This cabin was perfect! Super clean and perfect size. Close to everything! It fit 3 adults 2 kids 3 and 5 and 2 11 month old babes . Definitely made Great memories!

A country flavor that’s so close to everything the wonderful area has in store for its visitors. The Folk Cabin was the cherry on top of an amazing three days in Mountain View, Arkansas.

We had the best time at the Folk Cabin! It was so clean (I'm a huge a stickler for clean!) It felt so comfortable, cozy, and safe. Our hosts were very responsive. We truly had the most wonderful time staying here. I hope we can come back!

Come See The Folk Cabin in the Woods

The most relaxing place we have ever stayed. The cabin, in the perfect location, didn’t lack any comforts or needs. In fact we gave up a day of sightseeing just to hang out around the fireplace and catch up on some visiting. The front porch swing was a favorite place for afternoon coffee. The fire pit was the perfect end to every day.

Great time at the Folk Cabin

When we first walked in it was nice and cool and very clean. We had everything we needed and were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Everything to do was close by less than 20 miles for everything we had scheduled. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10

Great cabin. Just as described. Close proximity to town. Enjoyed the music in town and the cabin was extremely clean. We will be bad.

Ideal location with all the comforts of home

Clean with everything needed. We loved gathering around the firepit at night, with wood easily available. Three minutes from the Ozark Folk Center made it the ideal location to get away but have convenience to the festival we attended. We all agreed we wanted to come back and stay here again!

Lovely clean homw

We met our grown son there to celebrate Thanksgiving. This was the cleanest rental I’ve ever visited! They had their Christmas decorations up and I felt like we were celebrating Christmas! Television could be better, but the home was wonderful.

Folk Cabin

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. Clean and cute cabin! We enjoyed the downtown area a lot. There was only one wooden chair in poor condition at the fire pit and in the pics there was chairs around the fire pit so we didn’t even use the fire pit. We decided not to cook meals we brought since the kitchen pots/pans and utensils were in poor condition.

Perfect location for Ozark Folk Park

We have stayed here before for a dulcimer festival at the Ozark Folk Park. We always enjoy our stay.
