The cabin is located just 4-minutes from the nearby boat launch and just 10 minutes to hiking at Devil's Knob-Devil's Backbone Natural Area.

MASTER BEDROOM: king bed, closet with hangers and shelves for clothing, smart TV, small dresser provided, adjoining bathroom

BEDROOM #2: queen bed, closet with hangers and shelves for clothing, additional space to store luggage, shared bathroom

BEDROOM #3: two twin beds, closet with hangers and shelves for clothing, additional space to store luggage, shared bathroom

OUTDOOR LIVING: front and back porches with outdoor seating and dining spaces, firepit, lawn games, and outdoor grill

**We are in the process of clearing the bank to enhance the view! The view is still gorgeous, but there is not a convenient way to walk to the water as of now.

INDOOR LIVING: smart TV in living room, fireplace, plenty of seating, board games, and reading materials

KITCHEN: dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stainless steel gas stove/oven, dishware & flatware, refrigerator/freezer (no ice), and cooking basics

GENERAL: Central A/C & heating, free WiFi, linens/towels, hangers, hair dryer in master bathroom, trash bags/paper towels, toilet paper, washer/dryer available for use

PLEASE NOTE:
**Stairs are required for access at both front and back entrances
**Parking allows for 3 vehicles
**No pets
**No parties or disruptive behavior allowed on the property.
**Cell service can be sketchy depending on your carrier. Verizon works well in most areas.
**There are not any grocery stores in Mount Olive so you will want to bring food with you or shop at one of the stores in Melbourne or Mountain View.
**The boat launch beside the property belongs to the neighbors and is considered private property. Please use the Mount Olive launch or another nearby.
