"Had a kind of rude interaction when confirming my reservation. Room smelled like a damp towel. Kept the exhaust fan on in the bathroom the whole stay in the hopes it would help with the smell but didn’t. Bathroom looked like it had water stains on the ceiling and the shower curtain wouldn’t stay ..."
