"I never knew the about the deposits. It’s the fine print. I got to the hotel and was aware that 199.99 was all I had left to pay. Once I go to check in they express it’s a 400.00 deposit that I get back once I check out. ( was not made aware of that at all) Night 1- the air in my room didn’t work ..."
