"This was an excellent place to stay for families. It was right where we wanted to be in Boise for our son’s soccer tournament at Simplot Fields. Lots of space for everyone to spread out. Our only complaint was the TV in the main room! We couldn’t sign in as a guest, and there was a parent lock on everything. Half the apps didn’t work and I couldn’t even sign out of the main account to sign into my own Netflix or prime. This was a pain with 3 kids. Other than that, it was a really nice stay...

"We totally enjoyed our stay here. It was a very nice older home. Lots of room. I would read the amenities list better next time It listed a washer but not a dryer. There was one, but did not work. Staying several days , we went to the laundromat to dry clothes. The fireplace did not work, but the house stayed warm. Thank you."

We like to prepare our own meals and kitchen was very well equipped, great appliances, beds cozy and warm and overall the place was well appointed and very comfortable. The property itself is stunning and clean with every detail taken into consideration from the kitchen to the game room. Pride of ownership definitely comes through. The location is also outstanding in a quiet neighborhood that's close to everything. All communication with Justin was seamless and he was way more than accommodating. "It was a wonderful place clean modern nice neighborhood And I would recommend to a friend with the following caveats: 1. The upstairs bed was so uncomfortable. (It kept making a jangling noise every time they moved) The person ended up sleeping on the couch down stairs. 2. Construction workers started working on the house next-door 8 AM Monday morning with power tools. Hard to use the office space for a business call. And took up all the offstreet parking. 3. "Both house and property are beautiful. The house is huge with plenty of room for a large group. The theater room and shuffle board table were the hit of the weekend. The house is well stocked with everything one would need. The host was great to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this property!"
