Wonderful apartment!

Close to Snowbasin, lots of room, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. The host was responsive and gracious. Will definitely rent again on our next trip to ski Snowbasin!

Beautiful location, gracious host

This place was a gorgeous place for my family and I to stay a few days and visit the Layton area. It was clean and the host was welcoming. I'm thinking about returning for my annual ski trip to snowbasin!

Best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Perfect for a family with kids.

We were in the area for a wedding and fun weekend. The home was perfect! Our host was the best and made things so easy on us with two small children. Highly recommend this cozy cabin, we WILL be back.

Snowbasin Trip

Great location to Snowbasin. Very clean and cozy place. I would stay there again. The views of the mountains are incredible from the unit.

Fantastic Family & Pet Retreat

Our stay was wonderful. Diane was the perfect hostess. She made us and our puppies feel more than welcome and treated us family not guests. I highly recommend staying here, the views from the neighborhood were spectacular. We will be coming back for sure!

Great Stay and Location

Clean, well stocked, great location, very spacious, and great communication with host. I would book again. Only small comment is being able to hear foot traffic from house above but rooms had sound machines to help.

EZ to Snowbasin

Very comfortable apartment with excellent access to Snowbasin. Well equiped kitchen, off street parking, plenty of towels, quiet neighborhood. Our party was three adults. We cooked in and there is a nice market within five minutes.

Warm & Cozy

Diana was awesome to work with and so accommodating. The home was so wonderfully done. The décor was done beautifully and the quality of the beds, linens etc. were top notch. We could not have been happier with the home and all it had to offer, the neighborhood was gorgeous. We look forward to staying there again on a future trip.

Amazing!!!

By far the best VRBO experience my wife and I have ever had. Diana was the most gracious host. Her place was immaculately clean and there was not a single thing that was missing that made our stay not just comfortable but memorable. We are already talking about another trip this winter and we will 100% be staying with Diana again.

Best Rental Ever

This unit is situated 15 minute from Snowbasin. Not only is the space impeccably decorated, but it is very spacious. It is everything a couple/family/group needs. The Palmers are wonderful hosts, and made us feel like friends. We stayed a little over 6 weeks and had everything we needed. We have been renting near a ski area every winter for 11 years. This unit gets our first place rating.

Perfect... Absolutely perfect!

This was the perfect... everything. The location was amazing. The space was cozy, decorative, spacious, and had everything we could possibly imagine. The kids loved the arcade and sleds, and we appreciated the allergen-free snacks, sparkling water, cocoa, and other tasty treats. The hosts thought of everything, including places for snow equipment. The hosts plowed the driveway, and they even left us an extra-special treat for when we came back off the mountain. This was everything we needed and so much more! Wish we didn't have to leave so soon! Thank you, hosts!
