Perfectly set up for two families to share this fabulous four bedroom house in an amazing location and jaw dropping lake views

Whether you want to enjoy a day snow skiing, fish Lake Eildon or the Delatite River, launch your boat at Goughs Bay numerous free boat ramps (which operate down to 10%), ride your dirt bike, ride a horse or simply kick back and relax, the high country is both beautiful and varied.

Nestled on an acre of magnificent landscaped gardens with meandering garden paths and lots of seating area you can explore its nooks and crannies or enjoy the magnificent expansive lake views from your own private deck (of which there are 3) while enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage.

Ngurra is the ultimate country home.

Located 15 minutes from Mansfield, 2 minutes from Goughs Bay township (which offers multiple free public boat ramps) and 35 minutes from the entrance to Mt Buller Alpine national park there is plenty to keep you entertained all your round.

Our delightful four bedroom, two living spaces, two bathroom home can sleep 9 adults comfortably (King bed; Queen bed; 2 single beds; and bunk room which sleeps 3). There is a cozy wood fire and all our rooms have their own individual heating. The house is also equipped with 4 reverse cycle air conditioning units - one in each of the upstairs bedroom and one in each living space.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and miele oven. All basics are provided. There is also an Aldi pod coffee machine (BYO pods) and a coffee machine (BYO beans).

There is also a full size BBQ for your enjoyment and a state-of-the art Asko drying cabinet for drying snow ski equipment in the winter months. The house also features 2 TV and a Wii console -just bring your favourite games!

The house boasts 3 decks: one front deck, one rear deck and a private deck accessed directly from the upstairs master bedroom so you can enjoy Al fresco dining both in the morning and in the afternoon. Children will enjoy feeding the local bird life directly from their hands.

Both bathrooms have a shower while the downstairs bathroom also has a full sized bath.

Mansfield is a 15 min drive from Ngurra, where there are plenty of shops and dining options. Alternatively you can pick up a few essentials at the Goughs Bay General Store or even some takeaway from the caravan park or at the local restaurant 'Amongst the Sticks'. Your choices are endless...

In the warmer months small pets may be accommodated on request. Although they must be kept outdoors in the rear yard. Please note, we can not guarantee that the fencing will contain an active dog.
