"The front desk staff were not always helpful. I ask for an ATM & I’m told “it’s just outside back of hotel”. No, it was in the shopping area behind hotel. Online, a shuttle was advertised for getting guests downtown, no longer available. I asked them to break a €50 into smaller amts again, can’t help. I need a taxi, it should take 5-10 minutes to get one I’m told. When I order one, it’s 13 minutes & we’re worried about getting to our tour and they wouldn’t order one til all my party was downstairs.
Pictures of rooms in December 2025, not the way room is now! No door to give privacy for showering. Especially, when you have 3 people in room.
