"The pictures are definitely deceiving. The main lobby looks nice, but once you go past it, it looks like a rundown motel. The room looked dirty and outdated. One set of bed linens was dirty, and several towels were also dirty. The staff said breakfast was available, but honestly, considering the condition of the room, I would be scared to eat anything from there. We booked a room on the 2nd floor, and we were fine going up the stairs; however, there was an older couple that didn't know that there were no elevators and struggled to get up to their room. Unless this hotel gets renovated, I would not come back."

"I was charged an extra $20 at check in because they offered to move my daughters and I to an inside room 'because its much safer' than the outside rooms the truckers use. The breakfast was disgusting and served in the night club attached to the hotel. It was definitely not clean. The pool and hot tub were disgusting and I wouldn't even let my girls play in it because there was a layer of something on the top of the pool. The room was moderate, but smelled bad. If it would have been more than an overnight stay I would have asked for a refund. "

"Breakfast was good and we felt safe. The desk clerk recommended we park by a side door that was right by our first floor room. That was a very nice and convenient recommendation for two elderly folks. "

"Clean, spacious and nice staff. Easy to get to off highway. Parking lot is a little tight if you have big vehicles or are towing — but staff helped to accommodate us. "

"The Haven is the perfect spot for a large group. With 4 nice bedrooms and 41/2 bathrooms there was plenty of room for everyone. We had a group of 9 and it would have easily accommodated more. There are separate living areas and plenty of games for the kids. The kitchen is large and well stocked, and we appreciated the large dining table. Wonderful decks with great views! We would definitely stay again if in the area!"
