"We stayed at Sunnyside because we had a procedure to undergo at Kaiser across the street. It was useful for that. The ADA room that we requested was quite a trek from the parking lot. I would venture to say it was about 300 feet to traverse. Had she been in a wheeled device, it would not have been a problem. But she is ambulatory for short stretch, stretches. Luckily, there was a retaining wall that she could sit on about halfway there. Breakfast was excellent. Very clean and tidy. The beds are low quality two star hotel mattresses. The front desk did provide another chair for me when I inquired… Although I had to load it into the truck and bring it down to the room… all in all it was better than facing Monday morning traffic."

"Loved this property very much! Very well taken care of and loved. An oasis right in the city. The owners are clearly thoughtful, sweet, joy seeking environmental lovers. The only slightly confusing aspect was communicating with the vrbo “host” and the actual property owners. The “host” was more demanding and far less flexible whereas the actual property owners were delightful and super responsive. If there could be a mainstreamed form of communication (ideally with just the real owners and hosts) rather than with both that would be ideal. Would totally love to visit again at some point! Definitely recommend."

The kitchen is big and well stocked, and the backyard is beautiful, with several different seating areas to enjoy the scenery.The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and upscale, and the home has gorgeous views. Location is a huge plus too — easy freeway access and just 20 minutes to downtown Portland with no traffic, making it ideal for exploring the area.The property was spotless and clearly very well maintained. We loved our stay and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Portland!"

The host also graciously accommodated our need for early check in and late check out and we were so grateful!
